ABOUT

       JAEN NATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL was formerly known as Putlod San -Jose National High School – Annex, but through the efforts and initiative of the Former School Principal, Madam Priscilla F. Alvior and the Municipal Mayor, Hon. Santiago R. Austria and through the persistent request of the community it became an independent school and thus became the mother school of Marawa National High School and San Pablo National High School. 

 

      JAEN NATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL is situated at Brgy. Dampulan, Jaen, Nueva Ecija, just beside JAEN WEST ELEMENTARY SCHOOL and a few meters away from the town proper.  The school offers a complete secondary curriculum and is implementing the K12 Program. Senior High School caters Academic Track  and Technical-Vocational Track. For academic track we offer General Academic Strand and for technical-vocational track we offer Home Economic Strand which are specialized in Bread and Pastry Production, Food and Beverage Services, Housekeeping and Wellness Massage.

        The school has a total of 57 employees, 1 School Principal II, 2 Head Teacher III, 1 Master Teacher I, 21 Teacher III, 9 Teacher II, 13 Teacher I, 1 Administrative Assistant III, 1 Administrative Assistant II, 1 Administrative Officer II, 1 Office Clerk, 4 Utility Workers and 3 Security Guards.

 

       As of the moment JAEN NATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL has a one-storey building with five classrooms from PAGCOR, a two-storey building with four classrooms from Australian Government, and another two storey- building with four classrooms from Private and Public Partnership (PPP), added to the old buildings donated by Hon. Santiago R. Austria, Cong. Rodolfo Antonino, and Senator Miguel Zubiri while the senior high school building composed of two-storey building with four classrooms,  two-storey six classrooms and another two-storey building with six classrooms came from  Basic Educational Facilities Fund (BEFF) is an annual budget of the Department of Education for its School Building Program.

 

      It has a total enrollment of 1162 students, 989 are come from Junior High School Students and 173 are Senior High School Students from around the community, and with the joint efforts of the new Principal Mrs. Rodalyn Jane M. Escano her 2 Head Teachers, 39 Junior High School Teachers, 9 Senior High School Teachers and 2 Administrative Officers, the Municipal Mayor, Hon. Sylvia C. Austria, the Brgy. Chairman, Sonny E. Ignacio Sr., it is expected that the enrollment will increase in the future.
